What I am really hoping is that this meeting with Dr. Wolf is not who he really is. If you read his bio it looks like he has his heart in the right place but his life experiences have not caught up .This was an Incredibly disappointing experience. I was not seen through a lens of compassion or treated like a responsible individual. Dr. Wolf treated me like a child and I am old enough to be his mother. He pushed me to either drop my anxiety medication or forfeit pain medication. I use anxiety medication perhaps twice a month. I told him so and he simply refused to budge. I told him I’ve had other practitioners who knew my history and knew I would never combine those kinds of medications. He answered by saying,” you can go back to them.” ( no ,I cannot, one is retired and the other was with a different insurance). With muscular skeletal pain through out my body, osteoarthritis and a labor intensive business as an alternative medical practitioner , I felt interrogated and unseen. At 55 with a spotless record and wide knowledge of medication and interaction ,Dr Wolf’s protocols were held above common sense and kindness. It’s all about law suits and malpractice. I have to start over with someone that can actually help me with my pain so I can recover. Dr. Wolf I am in a lot of pain. Daily. That is why I came. I have a long term plan to find my health again. I think you have missed the plot. I hope , really hope you find it. Take people on a case by case basis. Listen hard . I see true goodness in you. I believe you will learn that fine balance in healthcare. I would recommend taking a medical communication course on how to speak to people that won’t put them on defense . Blessings…

This facility and Doctor are very unprofessional and the front office as well as the manager. I was seen there for a year but after I didn't agree with Dr. Wolf treatment he punished me by not filling my medication early as he did all year and then discharging me...knowing I am moving to Europe in weeks he left me with just enough refills to stop right before my move as if this is morally right to do to anyone. Punished me further by the discharge not just for him but their entire facility, all locations. Then and to this day are witholding me records so I can't get treatment anywhere else in the area. I've tried over 30 Doctors and noone will see me. I've emailed them begging for help, just ignored. No records, no medication and no Doctor. They just abandoned me. I even drove over an hour to be seen by the same place and a different Dr. They wouldn't let me see the Dr because this Dr, Wolf, made sure to discharge me from all locations just to be extra mean. Now with me leaving and no records, I can't get treated anywhere and all I needed was one more refill, which he refused today. As if he hasn't done enough harm, now just making sure I don't have relief from this debilitating disease right before my international move. He is pure evil and I wouldn't trust him with my worst enemy. Understand, I am a single mom of 2 with a chronic pain disease through all limbs, incredibly painful. This Doctor put his ego above his oath and left me and my kids in harms way. If you go here beware, the minute you disagree or speak up about the many problems here, your out and they will make you pay even if it threatenes your life. They don't care. Save yourself the future pain and find another place to go.

Poorly operated facility, with a lazy receptionist that doesn't really care to pay attention to details when trying to correspond with your Dr. The end result is you CANT REACH ANYONE WHEN CALLING. And when they mess up your medicine they are never available to fix the issue. I'm a new client of theirs and will be changing Drs. ASAP, THERE ONLY EXCUSE IS "WE ARE UNDERSTAFFED. Or we are sorry" sick of this place.

Doctors here seem truly interested in doing what is best for their patients. Did not seem to be in a rush like most doctors and was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns.

I truly have NEVER seen anything as unprofessional as this place in my entire life. I myself am a medical professional It was an awful experience that cost me a lot of wasted time. They treated me as if I was some dope addict from the street. The md filled a prescription with the pharmacy and refused to correct it I was given 2 appts where the doc was out “sick”. Then I was told by the receptionist not even a med tech that she was giving me permission to take meds. Go somewhere else. These people r the bottom of the barrel. Find a professional and this practice is not it!!! I gave the 1 star but it does not rate that

My visit at the clinic was a real humbling and great experiments Dr Ju was my doctor at first I got another doctor have not met him yet but I met his assistant doctor and she was a wonderful daughter I knew her when I first got there and she's back and she listened and she understands she made me feel woman and heard you can feel the spiritual being within her and it connected with me I asked her to pray for me and she prayed with me at the end of my visit and that was so pleasant for her and I was so grateful for her to do that and I love to come again just to see her they made me feel warming at home like I knew them for years and I thank them for that God bless you all Jackie and the rest of the staff am I praying doctor thank you

The staff was very friendly, and there wasn't a long wait. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Ju and his staff are caring and efficient. He’s helped me to stand up straight and walk without pain, finally. That’s after all the spine MD’s said there was nothing they could do.Thanks Dr. Ju, Jessica and Josie!

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS LOCATION. THE WHOLE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CARING. DR. JU IS THE BEST EVER! I'VE GONE THERE IN SO MUCH PAIN I CAN BARELY WALK AND AFTER THE EPIDURAL DR JU ADMINISTERED I WAS A NEW WOMAN. JOSHI IS VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE & ACTUALLY LISTENS. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
