Had a small in-office surgery a few years back, and also go here for allergy shots. Dr. Gupta is professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Gupta repaired a severely deviated septum. I can now breath freely for the first time in almost 40 years. I only wish I had the surgery sooner. It was a perfect experience!

Dr. Gupta is by far the most arrogant, rude doctor I have ever met. We took our one and a half year old daughter here due to repeat ear infections. We are over her being miserable for months and just want tubes done. This doctor came in, asked me a million questions but never stopped talking and never let us fully answer a question. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. He freaked my daughter out by jamming instruments in her face and never tried to make her feel comfortable. The worst part of that whole experience was him trying to make me feel bad for not breast feeding her and basically telling me that’s why she has ear infections. Mind you, I tried my hardest to breast feed but not everyone is blessed in that category. How would he know he’s a MAN. I will NEVER go back. They won’t even call me to schedule her surgery anyways. So I’m going to a different one. Please do not go here especially if you have children.

OK, been going here for a while now and dropping my ranking from 5 to 3. The guy is a good doctor but his staff turnover is none stop and I have a strong feeling he is a big reason for it. His self-confidence is high and he comes across as thinking he is better than most. You will need a thick skin to work for this guy and because of it, the energy at the place is not great.

Worst receptionist. Zero customer service and does not not know how to do her job. How do they have a job at a doctors office? Cancelled my appointment without asking me. Did not bother to call me. Reschedules a month later with the PA without saying anything.

Dr. Gupta is an excellent doctor who demonstrates genuine interest and expert care for his patients. He is friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for him. Dr. Gupta and his staff treated me over a period of three years for environmental allergies with immunotherapy using sublingual drops. My health has improved significantly, and I feel much better now. Highly recommended!

Dr.Gupta did my kids ear tube and said they make very small hole and it will fill up by itself but it never filled and now my kid has ruptured eardrum for the rest of the life. Worst decision to go there for this procedure.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a doctor. He came in, grabbed his card off the counter, and handed it to me. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me he was underwhelmed and told me some story about medical school. He also said he didn't care what results an ultrasound showed and that he is the professional. I would never recommend him to anyone. On another note, the nurse and office staff seemed wonderful.
