Terrible experience with this company. Just disputed my bill with this place. Still trying to get 60$ from me.. be sure to keep your bills. They tried to fabricate a bill several months later. Luckily I had my bill showing my payments and zero balance. Just sent my my proof to credit agency. Not only was there the issue with the billing. The pt didn't now what she was doing. Caused a reinjury. Couldn't pin point the issue. Waist of time and money. No wonder the Morrisville location closed.

I have been going to this place twice a week for the last 5 months or so, and I am always happy coming in. The PTs are so nice and caring, not just about your health, but your life too! Nadim, Nelson, and especially Vaishali are also extremely understanding when you're a little late and always do their best to fit you in. These guys have made going to physical therapy not such a chore.

I selected this location for my daughter’s therapy after a broken ankle. I was very pleased with the therapy process. My daughter’s recovery was faster than I expected. She enjoyed working with Vaishali, Nadim and Nelson. Others whose names I can’t remember were also wonderful. I would recommend as a parent.

I highly recommend Nelson. He takes the time to hear your concerns, challenges you as appropriate, and goes above and beyond. He is always prompt and ready to work at the start of your session. I can’t recommend Vaishali as a therapist. She is routinely late and not prepared at the start of the session (at least this is true if you choose early morning appts). She doesn’t challenge you, even when asked. Doesn’t review notes from previous sessions to know where to pick up.

Vaishali and Nelson Started therapy October 16 th. Was alittle sceptical that therapy would help after Doctor said I need surgery. As of November 27 th to my surprise I could walk though Walmart and Walgreen with little pain. First time in months. It is great to feel like an individual instead of something meone assisting me. Look forward to six more sessions with this great team. Friendly and patient.

Nelson does a great job understanding my physical rehabilitation needs and gives me the appropriate exercises that match my capabilities while also challenging me. He always greets me with a smile as well. The faculties clean and the pool is warm.

I'm having an excellent experience at Cary Aquatics. Nelson's knowledge, technical expertise, and compassion is what impressed me the most. Nelson has been helpful, upbeat, great at problem-solving my physical issues, and has gone above and beyond in helping me stay on track with my goals to prepare for an upcoming knee replacement.
