Raleigh Radiology's Online Review Report Card

My first visit here was in November 2020. The technician that I had took my mammogram scans. At the end of the session she told me that I would probably be called back to get more scans because she could not get clear pictures. I decided to cancel my appointment for this year because of my experience there. I called several times and waited approximately 30 to 40 minutes on hold waiting to cancel my appointment and never got through to a live person. I got so frustrated that I actually drove to the office and canceled my appointment in person. I explained to the staff my experience that I had and they assured me that they canceled my appointment and offered to have the office manager call me back. The office manager called me back and told me the technician I had was no longer there and apologized for the wait  that I had on the phone and explained that they were having trouble hiring people to answer the phones. She confirmed that my appointment was canceled. I was ok with that explanation and then yesterday I started receiving texts about my appointment reminder for the appointment that I canceled. I cannot recommend this location at all.

Good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. Or contact you back.Go in person to book everything single damn appointment.It’s actually really ridiculous.

I was seen at this office in March 2020. After my insurance paid, I received two bills for my portion which I promptly paid in March of 2020. One was for the doctors's services and the other one for their own services. Then I started getting bill after bill from the billing office. Every time I called them they explained that they were not at work because of covid and could not verify the payment was actually received by them. As a result both bills were sent to collection at different times. I am having the bank refund me the amounts of the checks so to pay the collection agency directly but this is ridiculous, aggravating and complete unnecessary. If you want to save yourself from such headaches I suggest you stay clear of this medical practice.

They don't answer the phone. Sat on hold trying to speak to a human to schedule an appoint. Listened to an annoying recording for over 20 min before finally getting disconnected. I have a head injury with an urgent need and no one EVER answers. Tried about 5 times already.

Wow visited on 7/26 and had the worst experience with the front desk person. Rudest person to have up front at the entrance...visit was at 5pm hopefully someone talks to her because jeeeeez. If I didn’t absolutely need X-rays today I would have immediately left. I have literally only ever reviewed one other business...that’s how bad the service was.Update: her name is Carla.

Cannot say enough about the service and caring staff here. They definitely care and hope for the best of there patients ❤️

When I went in, the staff were rude and gave me no information on the cost of the procedure I was having, or any resources on how to get that info. After my appointment, I called their line for help with billing and the girl on the line couldn't answer my questions so she just gave me vague answers and then pretended the line got disconnected and hung up on me. Everyone here must hate their job and it's a nightmare to do anything. Go anywhere else.

If it wasn’t for the unpleasant costumer service received for the front desk lady today, I would give this health service a 5 out of 5 with flashing lights. I was attended by Ms. Ella with an outstanding professionalism and great personality and the rest of the team seemed very nice and well trained. Please work on the lady at the front to make it a whole great experience.

Very nice employees, from check in desk to check out, they provided me with great details about my appointment.
