My husband, who has anxiety about dentists and cost of procedures, was referred to this office for a simple tooth extraction. The staff was rude and unprofessional, not listening to or doing the procedure he asked for. Instead they went straight to root canal consultation and charged him $232 for not doing anything because he wanted the tooth extracted instead of "saved". They refused to listen to his concerns at all and he left with an unnecessary bill and no work done. When a patient comes in your office should listen and do what the patient asks for rather than try to twist more money out of them.

I had my first experience at Brush and Floss and it was GREAT! The people and service were excellent. The techs/nurses and orthodontist put patient care and finances first. They are open to patients about options. I loved my visit and would highly recommend. Their retainer cost was so much less than other places but the service and care so awesome!

Always a pleasant experience with anything Riccobene. Always available on phone with never an immediate “hold please”. Always easy to reschedule. Always a happy staff to greet you. Never a wait in the waiting area. Can’t say enough good things when everything is right!

Heather Layell was so nice. She answered all the questions nicely and gave useful suggestion. The doctor was very helpful and nice. I strongly recommended this orthodonitics. When you see Heather in the morning, I am sure you will have a nice day with all the problems and headache resolved.

Brought my son in for an orthodontic consult. Everyone was so wonderful there and we had a great experience. He doesn't need braces at this point, thank goodness, but we will be going back for another visit in a year to see how things are progressing in his mouth. Thank you everyone at Brush and Floss for a great visit.

My 4 year old had his first cavity filled today. He was very anxious about it. Dr. Shrader Was amazing with him! He did well and was even good with the idea of going back to the office again!
