I went into the children's side by accident and needed to use the restroom - nasty! The garbage can was overflowing, there was TP all over the floor, the sink/countertop had obviously not been cleaned all week and the part of the door near the handle was dirty where people shut the door and not used the handle. The adult side was better. They did fit me in and do what I needed - they were good about that. However, when I went to rinse my mouth, you could tell the sink had not been cleaned and the trash can was close to overflowing. It is obvious that the office is not cleaned on a daily basis. You would think they would have better hygiene! And they do not give a toothbrush and floss, as I had at my previous dentist. I will find someone else for my dental work.

I have been a patient here for 5 years, but I've decided to change clinics due to billing concerns. On multiple occasions, I was quoted one price for a service, but later charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, they charge a $75 fee if you need to cancel or miss an appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, even in situations where you are dealing with unexpected issues. Overall, this lack of transparency and flexibility has been disappointing.

Unbelievable experience as a new patient! Hailey that checked me in and did all of the pretests was amazing. They have so many new technologies. Also, everyone in the office very nice and very accommodating! I highly recommend them

Just had a appointment to get an old filling replaced which I was not looking forward to. Going to the dentist in general is not on my list of exciting things to do 😁however this appointment was seamless and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Gisella was the hygienist that worked with me and she was great at putting my mind at ease. Her conversation was light and she explained things along the way that may me feel at ease. She even offered me a blanket which I accepted and it surprisingly made me feel even more at ease. Gisella helped me through the discomfort of an experience that I was not looking forward to.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.
