Dr Sameer is awesome. I’ve had severe back pain for the last few years and was very anxious about having back surgery. Glad I finally decided to have the surgery he suggested because I feel better than I have in 5 years. It’s been 2 1/2 months post surgery and I feel great. I’m slowly but surely getting back to my old routine and I couldn’t be more thankful to Dr Sameer. Great surgeon that I would highly recommend.

The surgery went very well with no issues during the procedure and recovery thereafter. Dr. Mathur listened to my minor only concerns/questions (did not have any major concerns) and addressed each one of them quite appropriately. The post-op recovery went very smooth and in just less than two months after the surgery, my routine is back to normal with no issues. I highly recommend Dr. Mathur for any back/spine related issues.

I have been dealing with pain in my neck for years. I've seen several doctors but wasn't comfortable with what they were telling me, so I google Orthopedic Dr in my area and found Dr. Sameer Mathur. I read the reviews and was very impressed with the out come from his previous patients so I schedule an appointment. The visit went well he review my previous MRI and Xray's, he explained what he would be doing in detail and also added more regarding my conditions. The surgery was a success, the pain is gone and the recovery is going well. I want to Thank Dr. Mathur, his Staff and the Staff at Rex Hospital for taking such good care of me before and after my surgery.
