I wouldnt rate Dr. Bilbro high in the bedside manner department but hes an experienced doctor who seems to know what hes talking about.

Had to drop him due to the incredible incompetence of his office staff who screwed up my medication renewals time and time and time again. It is an incredible waste of my time to have to call his office repeatedly to get routine renewals straightened out because his nurse or PA cannot read the chart correctly or cannot transcribe my voice message correctly after I clearly leave the name of the medication the dosage etc. on his voice mail system. These mistakes happened so often that it became intolerable and I had to find a different primary care doctor. Such gross and frequent mistakes by his staff are ultimately his responsibility because this has a really negative impact on the quality of care that you receive.

First visit to establish care and have exam. Dr Bilbros attitude was very gruff and his bedside manner was harsh. I am a female medical provider and his approach and attitude came off as condescending and dismissive. It was an extremely upsetting experience and I have NEVER felt so horrible when leaving a physician office. There is absolutely no way I would continue care with this physician.

Send for. Cold with persistent chest congestion was diagnosed with asthma. It was a cold I still do not have asthma. Sprained ankle could not bare weight on it swollen and bruised up to knee. Diagnosed with mild sprain and to stay off it for two weeks. Six weeks later went to orthopedist to find I had a fracture...many weeks of physical therapy. Will never use Bilbro again

I think he is very thorough and caring. He found 3 cysts in my breast that a mammogram and ultrasound did not detect. He doesnt medicate when not necessary and I appreciate that.
