List of Team Care Physical Therapy's Reviews
I've been with Jon and his team for 4 visits and have seen noticeable improvement on a hip/leg nerve condition that I've experienced for the last decade. He is the 3rd therapist that I've tried over that period and by far the most successful. His exercises are practical and easy to comply with on an ongoing basis. My quality of life is improving and I expect will continue to improve over the near future. My goals are simple: stand and walk with minimal pain. I seem to be well on the way to that goal. Thanks, Jon!
The team at Team Care are absolutely amazing!! Jon took me in and I could barely walk and was in so much pain from an earlier injury. Two months later I’m doing GREAT!!!! He has even helped me with the nerve pain I have been dealing with from my back surgery screw up from 2017. I have not had a day without pain until I met Jon and the team! I can finally get on with my life and enjoy my little girl! I couldn’t even go shopping with my wife I was in too much pain. Stopped working out due to pain and now I have started lifting again… for me in my life at my age this has been a blessing!! Thank you Jon and the team at Team Care!!!
I started competing in marathons and triathlons over 20 years ago. Several years ago, I had back surgery. Shortly thereafter, I stopped running and resigned myself to the belief that I would have back pain forever. Last summer, I was referred to Jon. The work he performed on my thoracic spine was, without exaggeration, life-changing. I went from having a stiff, painful back, to being more flexible than I have ever been. Tonight, I just got back from another run and am enjoying the runner's high once again. Jon is fantastic, as is his staff. And his dog Dave is the very best therapy assistant.
"Four visits should do it," Jon Weinberg confidently said during my first visit to Team Care Physical Therapy. I thought, "Yeah, right. This guy is nuts!" After years of persistent back issues, the idea that they could resolve quickly--let alone in four visits--seemed impossible. Turns out, I was wrong. Two weeks after my fourth visit, my back feels fantastic. I'm back to splitting wood (using a hydraulic splitter--hey, I'm 68 years old, so let's not get ahead of ourselves), which involves a lot of bending and lifting. If I feel soreness creeping in, a few quick McKenzie exercises work like magic--everything shifts back into place, and the soreness disappears. I stick to the prescribed exercises daily, and not only is my back holding up, but my posture has improved too. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Jon and his team are true professionals who make you feel at ease from the start. Their enthusiasm for the McKenzie Method isn't hype--it's supported by years of research, evidence, and clinical practice. For me, though, it's the real patient success stories that resonate most. Count me in as a believer. Thanks to Jon Weinberg and the Team Care Physical Therapy crew, I'm living proof that this approach works.

Jon Weinberg at TeamCare Physical Therapy has improved my quality of life on a number of issues. On my first visit in 2020, Jon asked what I wanted to be able to do again that the pain in my knee, hip, and back kept me from doing. One thing was getting on and off the floor to play with the grandchildren. Another desire was to be able to jog on a treadmill again. Following his instructions, I was able to do both before three weeks had passed. Jon is now working on my shoulder to bring back the movement I once had before surgeries limited the range of motion. I believe he will have me swinging a golf club before long. My quality of life has truly improved thanks to TeamCare Physical Therapy.
The McKenzie Institute exercises truly helped resolve my lower and mid-back pain following an injury. The exercises not only provided relief from acute pain but provided me with a program to maintain flexibility and strength in my spine. Thanks Jon for your professional and personalized approach to physical therapy as well as your sense of humor!
Like a lot of other reviews here, I arrived at Team Care after trying physical therapy elsewhere. There just seemed to be no answer to getting rid of my pain. But Jon and his team turned out to be a set of miracle workers! His systematic approach is what makes him different. He took the time to carefully listen to the previous treatments I had tried, and meticulously worked with me to determine what was the cause of my pain. The program Jon put me on was THE ANSWER to resolving my pain. If you’re looking for someone who will not only address your pain but work with you to ensure that it doesn’t come back, give Jon and his team a call at Team Care. They are the BEST in the business and are really interested in helping end your pain permanently. Thanks Jon! You and your team are THE BEST!!!!
I had been struggling with lower back pain for months. Tried lots of treatments and even physical therapy somewhere else before I found Team Care. Instead of just watching me exercise, Jon took the time to accurate pinpoint the cause of the pain and help identify the exact stretches and exercises to address the issue. I've returned to running with no issues! Thanks, Jon!
Jon is absolutely fantastic. After spending the last 6+ years working with a number of physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage with temporary and limited result, I had resigned that my lower back pain and resulting lack of mobility would be a constant issue. After just three sessions at Team Care, I feel like a new person. Jon and team focus on the root causes of your issue and provide simple and impactful exercises to achieve longterm resolution. Not only has it improved everyday life, but I have seen massive positive change in my golf swing. I had always struggled with rotation through the downswing and now, with Jon’s help, I can effortlessly and consistently strike the ball. I could not recommend Jon and Team Care enough!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
