I have greatly appreciated the care I received. As a runner they were able to focus on the issues and how it affected previous issues with knee and back.
I'm an experienced distance runner but while preparing for the Boston Marathon I started dealing with left knee pain. I followed a recommendation to visit the Running PTs and it was the right move. I worked with Kimberly and Bailey and they were amazing!! In my particular case, they were able to immediately reduce pain so that I could continue training, come up with a treatment/strengthening program to address the problem, and suggest proactive changes to my routine to reduce it from happening again. I would highly recommend this group!
Love the Running PTs! Been going for years…everyone is so knowledgeable, professional, warm and caring!
this is the best place to go for PT. folks are nice, thorough and really give great exercises and help to make you feel amazing again after an injury or whatever is ailing you.
I’ve been going to Running PTs almost since the first month they were open not just for the odd injury but for pre-race tune ups. They are an amazing team of PTs and I always recommend them to friends who are looking for a good PT.
The running PTs are great!! I injured my hamstring and was able to get in quickly to be evaluated. They’re very knowledgeable and helped me recover and I could see small improvements from week to week. I always felt great right after treatment, from hands on work or dry needling, whatever was needing at that stage in my recovery. They helped me build up strength again by progressing exercises, and I always made sure I knew what to do to keep moving forward. Hopefully I won’t need to go back often, but if any injuries pop up in the future I’ll be sure to go back to the running PT’s!
I'm able to run without pain again because of the Running PTs. Shoutout to Kimberly for being so helpful!
Have been treated here for numerous running related injuries. Everyone here has helped me to continue to run by dealing with the root of my injuries. Am grateful we have this group here.
I was so impressed with The Running PTs in Cary. I’ve used this company for two different issues in the past year. Alyssa fixed my piriformis pain very quickly and it hasn’t returned. And Kimberly gave me exercises to increase my back and arm range of motion. Both therapists are excellent.
I have been a patient of Running PTs for several years and recommend them to anyone with sports and training injuries, or just needs to get rid of some sore muscles! The staff are all super friendly, amazing at what they do- you can tell they truly enjoy helping people feel better! My most recent injury started as tennis elbow and worked its way all the way up my shoulder. Between dry needling and PT, the team (Hayden, Alyssa, and Kimberly) is helping me get back to pain free cross training. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
