Wake Med seems to be falling apart, this office however did a great job trying to accommodate us.Dr G Johnson went above and beyond to help my newborn son and wife.

Went online and selected an appointment time and did online check in an hour ahead of time, filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time, just for me to show up and have them tell us it’s going to be 30 min to an hour wait and we would have to wait in the car. This place is an absolute joke. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time.

Great place with great doctors but the front office business operations is bad. Their processing of patient and the redundancy of questions and bill pay is frustrating. You wait 15-20 min just registering. Need to improve. Not knocking the doctors but the front staff and their OPS.

The place in itself is great. Love the staff. However, if you fear you have a severe sprain or anything dealing with joints, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went in with an injured ankle. They took and x-ray and sent them off. The person at the hospital that looked at them said nothing was wrong. My ankle felt off and I went to a podiatrist and showed her the same x-rays. I had a broken joint and OCD ankle. The staff here is very sweet and comforting but whoever they send the x-rays off to needs to do their job better.

Lady working at the front desk is terrible, slow , & incompetent, she probably just hates her job & seems to repeats the same questions. Dam look at the drivers license and insurance card for goodness sake. Wake med always disappointing

Bad experience, long wait just for covid test & I was charged -$193 on my card instead of a copay, I had insurance blue cross, this place is a scam they will take your credit card and make y put your card in file before u are seen by a doctor & then later charge you without any authorization. I would highly not recommend this place
