William T. Stoeckel's Online Review Report Card

I was in search of a doctor to remove a scar from my breast that was a result of a botched mole removal that had got infected. The scar was huge and I was very self-conscious about it. I met with so many doctors that said they couldn’t help me but then I found Dr. Stoeckel. I went in for a consultation and he had an idea for how to fix me and get my confidence back. Just his demeanor and reassurance led me to put complete confidence in him. I was so scared I would get another infection and lose my breast completely but he reassured me I was going to be ok and I was. Everything went so smooth the day of surgery and he called to check on me that evening and kept an eye on everything daily making sure there was no infection. I’m so thankful that I found Dr. Stoeckel. He and the staff here are amazing! He performed a life-changing procedure on me. His work is incredible. I’m so glad I found him. I will never go to another doctor for any procedure.

Amazed that Dr. Stoeckel doesn’t have 5.0 out of 5.0. Looking through the reviews the low ratings seem to be from people in their feelings about how one of the staff members didn’t kiss their behind but whatever smh. Anyway he performed a procedure on me almost 10 years ago and the results were and still are OUTSTANDING. I mean really outstanding... Went to several surgeons before choosing him and although he definitely wasn’t the least expensive, he was so nice and answered all of my questions. Never felt rushed or if I was bothering him like most of the others. For real, Dr. Stoeckel is probably one of the most kind and nicest person I’ve ever met. And his staff is no different. Back when I got my procedure, Janelle was his patient coordinator and his mother was the office manager. Both ladies along with the esthetician (I think her name is Patty) and the rest of the staff were always very kind as well. As I mentioned before I’ve recently have been on a few consults for breast augmentation and no doctor I’ve seen has made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Stoeckel. I no longer live in the area but have considered traveling in order for Dr. Stoeckel to perform the surgery. Anyone thinking about a getting any work done should definitely consider Dr. Stoeckel. If you don’t believe me I’ll even show you my before and after pics. Lastly, anyone leaving a one star review for ANY business because they didn’t roll out the red carpet, treating you like royalty, and not because of an issue you had with a service or procedure, needs to get a life...Seriously.

It's been a few years since I had my procedure with Dr. Stoeckel and even after losing 50lbs my breast still look AMAZING. Sure there's some sagging now (of course ) but I still feel so beautiful and confident. First of all, Dr Stoeckel's office is beautiful and warm. I remember feeling super cozy as soon as I walked in. He takes the time to listen to you and well, he's just magical.Fun to banter with too! His staff is excellent. You really can't go wrong. It's been over 3-4 years since my procedure and I'm so so happy. At the time, I also wanted a nose job and he talked me out of it. So glad he did. He's a master of his profession.

I had surgery with Dr. Stoeckel one week ago. To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. For years I struggled with insecurities about myself. These insecurities gave me less freedom to enjoy my life and became constant thoughts in my head. I exercised, dieted, lived a healthy lifestyle, but I couldn't "fix" the areas that I was unhappy with. I was reluctant to have a consultation due to fear. I had heard amazing things about Dr. Stoeckel and that he had a strong faith and great bedside manner. I called and made the consultation appointment and didn't look back. He was kind as was his incredible staff and I felt welcome and at ease. It has now been a week since my breast lift and abdominoplasty with Wake Plastic Surgery. Dr. Stoeckel will never know what he has given me. I'm 44 years old and it is the first time in my life that I can honestly say I feel whole and confident. And it's only been a week! Thank you so much to this wonderful place. Dr. Stoeckel, Janelle, and the entire staff, have no idea that they are changing lives, but they are. I am so grateful. I am also thrilled that my brain space isn't being taken up with thoughts about my body. I am at peace.

I wanted breast augmentation and a breast lift for my birthday so I researched the available surgeons in the triangle. I decided upon Dr Stoeckel because I saw that he did humanitarian work. Taking the opportunity from his schedule to help people told me a lot about his character. Once I met Dr Stoeckel and his team, they are all courteous, professional and the facility is pristine. Up until the day, the team made sure to prepare me and give me proper expectation management. I was nervous that it would affect my physical fitness, in which they were actually right the first 90 days were the hardest to overcome. After Dr Stoeckel released me to exercise again, my upper body was a struggle but I was able to get back to my normal self within 45 days. The bed side manner of the whole team is amazing. I remember the day of the surgery being anxious and the team reassured me. Everything went remarkably well. I loved my body before, but now I feel so feminine and I fill out my clothes the way I’ve always wanted to and I have minimal scars. I paid approximately $10K for everything and it was worth every penny.

Prior to surgery I was very excited to have my breast augmentation done. I’ve been wanting this for such a long time. I had tubular breast. Dr.Stoeckel had to given me a breast lift, lowered my breast crease because my skin was tight on the bottom. He also recommended that i get an areola reduction. I was on board with all of that. I explained to him with my athletic build (I have very broad shoulders) Which is why i wanted my breast to be very full and plump. Prior to deciding to go with wake plastic surgery I had five consultations with other surgeons. They all said thing “you have tubular breast, you need a breast lift to fix this”. At my two week pre-op I explained everything to the “T” other doctors have said I could easily fit 450-500cc even push it to 600cc. I’ve several breast augmentations and the patient went from an A cup like myself and held 500-600cc no problem. I explained to Dr.Stoeckel that i wanted MINIMUM 450cc HIGH profile but wanted 500cc if my skin could take it. Bringing me to a full D/ almost DD. Although I explained all of that I felt like it just went in one ear and out the other. He did everything I DIDN’T want. Which is super disappointing and frustrating. Spending $6,255 for saline (that’s with a $500 discount for being in the service meanwhile other doctors charge $5,400 for silicone “gummy bear” implants) and do amazing work is just disappointing to say the least. I noticed as my breast started to drop my left breast had a dent in it below my left nipple. At first is wasn’t bad, you could barely tell. Now it’s hideous. It’s extremely noticeable when I turn to the side. Even after explaining how important it was for me to be a full D minimum (but wanted to be a DD) I am a C cup. He used 375cc saline implants but put 400cc in. Also, he did moderate profile when I said I didn’t want that. I have ZERO cleavage, my breast do not look perky like I wanted, that dent is atrocious and I can see at the very bottom of my left breast the rippling of my implant. My skin is tight and i don’t have any children yet so he recommended that i go with saline because i wouldn’t ripple.. and yet i have rippling. Over all, I am not happy with them for three reasons. 1. That dent in my left breast 2. Breast size 3. Breast profile Dr. Stoeckel l is a great guy but, I felt like regardless of what I wanted he was going to do what he wanted.

I was a patient of Dr Stoeckel in 2014 and all I can say he is absolutely amazing. I was blown away by the results and can not thank him enough for changing my life for the better. My daughter was also a patient of his she was rushed in to the emergency room because a dog bit her eye this was on a Sunday and he came in on his day off to treat her. She made a full recovery and you would have never known it ever happened there is zero scar! He has such a great bedside manner as well. If you are in the market for plastic surgery and maybe on the fence I would recommend meeting him he really is a top notch doctor.

Dr. Stoeckel and his team at Wake Plastic Surgery are absolutely phenomenal. I have had a few procedures done here and couldn't be more pleased. I have also sent several of my friends here and they all say the same! I highly recommend Dr. Stoeckel to anyone considering a procedure. You will love it!

I am a 42 yo and have been looking forward to a mommy makeover for more than 10 years but had never found the right practice to do the surgery. I met Dr Stoeckel in March 2017 for my initial consult and I knew before I left that day he was the one! I am a week post op and I can say it was a exactly like he said it would be every step of the way. I was treated with such a quality of kindness and professionalism from every member of his team. His bedside manners are very well done as is the ease of conversation. I appreciated his genuine personality and sharing in detail the procedures. The evening after surgery Dr Stoeckel personally called to speak with me, as well as my nurse Laura a few days later. If you are looking for an elite team in plastic surgery you will not be disappointed by this practice. I wish I could rate above and beyond! Thank you Dr Stoeckel!!!! Update: 1 month post op today and so very pleased with the results I am seeing weekly! Had several follow ups prior to today and each time Lisa accommodated with a prompt appointment! I truly love the fact that they are sensitive to your needs and even the ridiculous questions I have had. Again wish I could rate the team as above and beyond as well as exceeds the bar!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Stoeckel at Wake Plastic Surgery! I could not be more satisfied. September 2017 will make one year since my breast reduction. I went from a 38 H to a 38 D/DD. I'm still not exactly sure because I'm still comfortable with my sports/stretchy bras. Dr. Stoeckel removed 4.5 pounds from each breast. (Yes, wow!) He did a fantastic job! I'm 100% more confident with my body ! Dr. Stoeckel is AWESOME. Down right AWESOME. When I first met him at my initial consultation, I could feel that he was genuinely invested in helping me to achieve the look I desired and in addressing ANY and ALL my concerns. No question was a stupid question. I never had any type of surgery before, yet I was very comfortable and well prepared throughout the entire surgery process. The office staff, especially Janell, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the pre-op, surgery, and post-op experience. Every phone call and email I sent to Janell was answered in a timely manner. I called her for every concern I had after my surgery, and was extremely impressed with her patience! She's the BEST!
