Dr. Rosso has been my primary doctor for 23 years. She also treated my parents, my sister and now my daughter as well. I have great respect for her expertise and her opinion about care and meds. She listens and discusses options in care with me, validating my concerns. This is an extremely important attribute for a doctor to possess. I can't imagine being under the care of any other physician for my primary needs.

I give this one star because one of the ladies who answers the phone at this office is extremely rude. She sounds irritated and short every time ive had to call. Not professional at all!!

Office environment in constant turn over and filled with drama. Rosso herself is snide and condescending and does not listen to what you say. She asks you a question and answers it for you with an assumption of your lifestyle. She is not friendly in the least and makes you feel as if shes doing you a favor just by being in her presence. Just avoid this chaotic office and get better care elsewhere.

I went in Dr. office for my monthly check. I was having back pain, blood in my urine, naseau, and had fever and chills a week earlier but because i was a self pay patient Dr. decided not to take a urine sample because I had no ins. and I felt better than the week earlier. Now i have a 6.2 kidney stone and a stent waiting on surgery.

The woman is rude. Doesn't listen and seems poorly trained. The standard of care is third world. I have a family history of skin and prostate cancer and she has never looked at my skin to see it I have any problems. She has never ordered a PSA to see if I might have prostate cancer. That is basic stuff. She doles out meds. That's about it.
