I showed up for an antibiotic for a UTI. The two office staff at the front desk could not put my information into the computer correctly. After two attempts and 25 minutes, they still managed to spell my name wrong despite having my drivers license and insurance card in front of them. The next person I saw did not know how to operate the vital sign device properly. Please train your staff properly. I would give zero stars but it is not an option. Glad I was not having a heart attack.

Very rude. Wasn’t welcoming when I entered. And the communication was was very bad. It was my second time being there and this was the same treatment the first time. Idk. My god bless.

Staff were prompt and professional. Front desk staff Carla with the red hair was a big reason why the patients got seen faster than normal waiting time. She handled the front desk like a pro.
