Their attention to detail and thorough care make you feeling confident about everything you are experiencing. I will absolutely refer friends for their services, as well as, return myself for future cosmetic procedures. Wonderful experience.

Day 1. I really like and admire Dr. Finn. The entire office is so kind, professional and nurturing You feel absolutely cared about every step of the way

I consulted with Dr. Finn and was very clear with my desires for face and neck surgery. My surgery was to address my neck and lower face. We discussed a lip lift and agreed that the chance of scarring wasn’t worth the risk. I questioned him extensively about the wrinkles and lines around my lips. He said he would eliminate most during the initial surgery and take care of any remaining in his office. I understood this to be included in the surgery fee. I also discussed the possibility of creating more wrinkles and skin under my eyes if he pulled skin up to passed cheekbones without doing under my eyes. He said it wouldn’t make that much difference, but could do an acid peel under my eyes in his office. Again, I understood this to be included in the surgery fee. Each follow up visit we discussed the excess skin and wrinkles under my eyes. Each time he told me that it would take time to heal. I just had my six month follow up and there is still a problem under my eyes and lip area. He now says that there isn’t anything he could do to eliminate my under eye problem. He also offered to do two different lip fillers that would eliminate the lines and give my lips a fuller appearance. At that point I was was disappointed with his misrepresentation of eliminating my under eye problem. I was very happy when he said he would finish my lips. When he told the nurse what injections to prepare and left room, the nurse advised me that the cost would be $450. I explained to her that I was led to believe that this was included in initial fee. Dr. Finn returned and told me that this was an extra procedure and not included in initial fee. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with my surgery results, Dr. Finn and the numerous excuses and misrepresentations.

Had a facelift in November 2021. I was not happy with the results and had to point out the obvious problem with his own pics. He attempted to "fix"it during a lunch time with many painful shots. It was a bit better but not satisfied. I would not recommend.

Finn plastic surgery is amazing! I got my first ever botox here and they did an excellent job with making me feel comfortable while not pushing products. Dr. Tyler is a great educator and was super transparent about the whole process. Will be back for more!

I've only had reversible things like fillers here, but Dr Finn is a true artist and has the aesthetic and delicate approach of a sculptor. Been seeing him and his staff for 4 years now

I had a face lift with him a few years back and it was awful. Surgery was suppose to be two hours , took four for his teaching assistant. Had complications, next day ended up back in hospital, he didn't come and see me at all then. His nurse gave me her blood pressure medicine, when I was showing signs of high blood pressure. I am a very healthy person with no issues at all, thank god, who knows what would of happened if I wasn't. He is narcissistic. His simple life pleasures are more important then the health of his patients. This has been bothering me for a few years now. Hoping that I can prevent this from happening to someone else, will help me let it go. I have never been treated like this before by any doctor in the last 40 yrs. Beware, comes off very nice.
