Good doctor but it’s not worth the billing nightmare. I paid with my hsa. The hsa tried for a month to submit an electronic payment but it would not transmit so the hsa mailed a physical check. The check was quickly cashed but the funds were not applied to my account. Then the billing clerk said they could not look up the payment because that would take to much time. I’m unclear why they cashed the check and didn’t apply it to anyone’s account. Sadly the doctor probably has no idea she’s losing patients because of an inept billing department.

Dr Williams is the absolute best in the area. She has everything that you want in a doctor. Most important, she listens. I have had two surgeries with her. Both times, she double, tripled checked what I wanted done. And what she was going to do for me. Patiently explained everything. Do not hesitate going to this doctor for any of your foot needs. And the staff, in the office, are the same.

Dr. Williams took her time and informed me of options and care. She also told me what to expect for recovery. I will never go to another DPM but always to her!
