Stay away. Worst experience. Went in on Saturday morning with this respiratory thing that's going around. Provider said it was viral, although no tests done. I had painful, persistent coughing, with pulled muscles in my chest from coughing. They said they would call in a prescription cough syrup since over the counter meds were not working. As I was leaving, they confirmed again that they would do this. I gave them the name and location of my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy an hour later. Nothing there. I checked all afternoon. Nothing. I called, but the clinic was closed. I left two messages. I called Monday morning and spoke to a front desk person (after trying to get someone to pick up for over an hour) who said she would check. It's 3:45 in afternoon. Nothing. No call back. No prescription sent to CVS. I've been trying to reach someone there for the past hour. They won't pick up. Meanwhile, I feel like I'm coughing up a lung. This clinic is an example of what is wrong with our healthcare system. I'm sure they will charge my insurance company an arm and leg for my clinical visit. I got nothing. No care, no support. Don't waste your time here.

I have been suffering from a lot of anxiety and depression and finally made an appointment to see a primary care doctor. The first day I came in, I was panic attacking bad. Everyone at this office made me feel safe, cared for and seen. One of the nurses there, has to be the nicest, most considerate person I ever met and she deserves the world! I am finally starting to get back to my normal self and owe so much to this office and the wonderful staff.

I have been with this office for 30+ years. I have great experiences throughout the years. Betty Haswell is wonderful i can't say it enough. I would recommend this office anytime. The entire office staff is great you have made my life so much easier throughout the years.!!!!!!!!!

I was in town visiting my college student and wanted her to been seen for her cough. Med First was able to see her quickly. The staff was friendly. After her vitals were checked, the PA diagnosed her with bronchitis. Prescriptions were sent over the pharmacy. I left town knowing my daughter would be recovering soon! I recommend this practice. I hope my daughter doesn't need to return, but if she does need a physician in the area, I would send her to Med First.
