I have to admit I was super nervous about meeting with someone who I do not know or have not met prior to the video chat but it was such a pleasant experience The doctor I met and talked to was very nice listened well she knew all the right things to ask me it felt like after I gave her my crazy description of what I have been experiencing and why I was reaching out to her. I would totally recommend MindPath Care Centers they have a great team and have everything handed even new patient paperwork via email safely of course. I will continue to see my doctor at MindPath they are awesome

I went to this office many yrs ago Durham location and saw a provider I was very pleased with which unfortunately left. Recently I have found I needed to see someone again to situate my medications after childbirth. I have since moved and have seeked care closer to my home but was unable to find a provider I I was comfortable with and decided to try MindPaths Chapel Hill location. I have been exceptionally pleased from Brian at the checkincheckout and my provider Alesia Patterson. She is a a caring soul that genuinely wants to help. I will continue to drive to get this quality of care I’ve not been able to find elsewhere

Ive been going here for years. I love the staff and all of my providers. They have all behaved very professionally and have been very flexible and understanding. The front desk staff are welcoming and extremely nice.

Without question the most unprofessional and difficult provider I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of working with. Ive had 3 doctors quit the practice in the ONE YEAR being a patient here. Ive been charged no show fees for visits the doctor has cancelled on me I have NEVER received a prescription refill without having to make multiple angry calls to the office. It is totally insane there. No pun intended.

Five years ago I had a wonderful doctor but they had a terrible receptionist who never called back or answered the phone etc.I have recently returned and had the worst experience with any doctor I ended up upset by the lack of care she was providing me but I will say the new receptionist is on top of things.I’m updating this now that I have been through four appointments with two different doctors in the past month... Carolina Partners encouraged me to come back to see a different doctor and licensed psychiatrist which after two sessions had the same effect if not worse than my experience 2 weeks prior. This is only my personal opinion the two doctors I saw were not equipped with the skillset to be guiding patients. After much frustration and emotional damage I had to look elsewhere for mental healthcare.The man at the reception is very sensible and accommodating.
