Always helpful great service and I'm treated so good.
I called today to get an appointment. I have never been here before but I have been going to one of the sister locations. I was able to get on the phone with the front desk associate quickly, and she was able to get me in same day. Everyone was very professional and very pleasant.Tiesha at the front desk was quick and clearly good at her job. Even the lady checking my temp at the door was really nice. I waited a long time to see a doctor. But, Dr. Johnson was fantastic. She is super nice and accommodated me. She went above and beyond. The pharmacists were busy and on point and gave me an accurate wait time.It was a long visit (~2 hours), but a very pleasant one. I’m glad I found my new doctor here! They have a stacked team, and they are all fantastic.Edit: I stood waiting for 7 minutes to check in without anyone acknowledging me and they made eye contact with me. I finally had to say something. Minus 1 star.
I would give zero if that was an option. I have been calling this office for 2 weeks and have left 7 messages for someone to call me back in order to establish care for my daughter. I’m quite disappointed with how you take care of potential patients.
This park is a little bit of a hidden gem. There's walking trails all over that are good for hiking and biking. Most have lots of shade cover and some decent elevation to them so you'll feel the trails the next day. This a great spoke for Pokemon go if you're into that since there's several poke-stops at this park and a Pokemon gym to clear. There's benches so you can leisurely do this. Since COVID hit i've been doing a lot of walking and catching back up on my PokemonGo! stats and found this place to be a real treasure for that. There's also a lovely community rose garden and when in bloom it's stunning. The community center is nice too, but not one I frequent but as a park it's very lovely.
I play volleyball pickups at the community center on Wednesday and Saturday. People are nice and they play on a good level. Good service and necessary facilities
Caring, compassionate, and take last minute appointments. They’ve moved into a newer building, but with the same staff.
Great people that work up front as well as both nurses I've met. You can't get any better care than Sarah Woodruff and Jill. Sarah is through, to the point with a great personality. Both she and Jill as a team make it impossible to feel uncomfortable. Ev
I was given an appointment at this location because the one I usually go to was all booked. The doctor tested me for the flu and strep throat, and said it was negative but that she wanted to test me again for the flu because the test she did is not always 100% accurate. She then said that they’d give me a call with the results. 2 days later and still no call, it is ridiculous that it takes so long for them to give me my results. Never going back there. I really did not feel welcomed at that location either.
Definitely not going back.
I have been a patient at the Chapel Hill location for about 3 months now. From the receptionists to the doctor to the nurses to the pharmacist they are all beyond amazing and are willing to go above and beyond. The staff doesn’t make you feel like just another patient. Dr. Sarah Woodruff has worked with me to finally have me on the correct medication and has always done her best to make sure I leave feeling okay. The pharmacist Carla May melts my heart every time I see her. She asks about my babies, she answers the phone when I can’t get to my dr, she has helped me when I was in a financial situation she made sure I never went without my medication. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is tired of feeling like just another patient!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
