Secretary keeps asking same questions and won't let me set up an appointment. Will delete this when doctor returns my call

Make sure you get the price for service before you see the doctor and even get it in writing. The first time I went I was told it would be my co-pay of $50. I asked to pay before I went back; they told me no that I could pay when it was over. When I came out they charged me $100 which is not my co-pay. They told me they had to charge me $50 for the doctor visit and $50 for the prescription. I have never seen this in 40 years. I tried again for a visit and was told it would be $100 by the nurse and by the secretary and after the visit I was told it was $150.

Dr Tesser is excellent. Very professional, efficient, knowedgeble and honest service. I highly recommend her for glasses, contacts or more serious eye issues.

Saw Dr. Tesser on an emergency basis for a large floater - she worked me in to her schedule even though she had not seen me before. She discovered a possible retina tear and set up emergency laser surgery at NC Retina Associates. FIVE STARS.
