The facility is so clean and modern, the remodel looks amazing!! As always, Dr. Cox is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very thorough and keeps up with the technology. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Cox is board certified and often involved in clinical trials, I definitely recommend her!

I had my first laser hair removal treatment session today. The Aesthetician was very nice and thorough and she did a good job of explaining the process to make sure I was comfortable. The two negative comments I have is that when I scheduled my appointment I was told that if I needed more than one session I could pay for a package to get a cheaper price. At the appointment when I inquired about paying for the package I was told that it is not an option for laser hair removal. This information was volunteered to me when I scheduled my appointment. I did not ask for it. Lastly, I was told a different rate on the phone but when I got there the price had changed by $50.00. There appears to be some inconsistency in the information provided during scheduling vs what to expect on the date of your appointment.

I have had multiple Fraxel and Vbeam treatments with Dr Cox over the years. She has literally saved my appearance. Reduced scars in an unbelievable way. I trust her completely.

Dr. Cox is a wonderful and caring physician. After looking into Botox to treat chronic migraine, I decided to take the plunge and chose Dr. Cox. I am so thankful I did. Dr. Cox takes a personal and careful approach. Her work is meticulous and consistent. With her help, I am fortunate to be migraine free with the added bonus of beautiful skin.
