I have been waiting a week for a return phone call. I finally get one but missed the call due being at work. I have attempted call back from cell and work phones. I have also left messages and not the person who contacted me is not picking up and her voice message states that she will be out of the office till March the 8th, its March the 11th.

My appointment with Dr. Rothman was extremely friendly, courteous, patient-centered, very efficient, and highly effective. I arrived early, was promptly checked in, and quickly ushered to an exam room. Dr. Rothman came in just a couple minutes later and focused the exam on what was important to both me and him. I received very sound advice regarding a recent blood pressure medication change and regarding a possible side effect of another urological medication I am currently taking. We also agreed on having a blood sample taken for a PSA check, which I felt I needed. I would rate Dr. Rothman in the top 2 or 3 Urologists whom I have every been treated by.

The problem is as the previous reviewer stated: poor customer service. No return phone calls or return messages on their portals. The doctor is good but their staff is lacking in good customer service.

I've called 5 times today. 3 times the appointment line rang until the phone cut off. No option for voicemail. 2 times somebody has answered. The first time they answered they said to call back later because they were too busy to make an appointment. The second time I got transferred and the phone rang for 5 minutes with no answer. So we aren't going there! Perhaps a better call system would help!
