We will not be going back here. I will not tolerate paying a 3% fee to use my card when I’m paying over $200 worth in there practice.

There are some serious issues with this company and location. I’ll start with the good. The time spent to be seen and get your glasses is moderate. I liked Dr. Miller and thought she was knowledgeable and interested in my care. Valerie who works in glasses is exceptional in customer service, knowledge, and overall helpfulness.However, there is only one person in the glasses area. I had to wait sometimes 30 minutes to get a small adjustment to my glasses. I stopped coming for adjustments because it was hard to wait there with my small children just to straighten my glasses. Yesterday I came for my scheduled appointment only to find out it had been cancelled and given away because I did not respond to their TEXT MESSAGE reminder. Seriously. No one had made me aware that it was their policy that one MUST respond to their text messages in order to keep an appointment. Had it said that in the message, certainly I would have done so. It just seemed very lazy on their part to send mass text messages to patients asking them to respond and then canceling an appointment that I scheduled A YEAR IN ADVANCE, made childcare arrangements for, and then physically showed up to. They offered to work me in but I knew I would be waiting a very long time and that was not something I wanted, especially considering my childcare situation. Last year I came on my scheduled appointment day and they didn’t have me on the schedule so I had to reschedule then too.UPDATE 8/31/21:Updating to 4 stars. Kinks seem to have been ironed out. They got rid of the awful texting reminder that erases appointments. I do get multiple reminders to get my eye exam even when I just got one but that I can handle! Appointments are quick and efficient. Dr. O’Mara is A+. She spends time with you and I don’t feel like a check on her box for the day. There are 2 glasses people now. Valerie is still my #1 all-time-glasses pro.There is no one else I want to help me pick out glasses. Reception staff are pleasant and helpful every time I come in. I had to order contacts short notice before vacation and those ladies helped me out!

I have been a patient at this office for approximately three years and have found them very unreasonable to work with - just go somewhere else.

Overall experience was excellent. Great staff and doctor Heather to help my family and I. Looking forward to continuing to work with this staff and office on all future needs. Being new to the area, everyone went above and beyond to support my family and I. My mother speaks Spanish and was a pleasant surprise to hear the doctor Heather speak to my mother in Spanish and see how happy and helpful it was that she could easily and clearly explain and talk to the doctor on her own. The process to select new glasses was exceptional, Valerie really did an amazing job to help us all. Can’t say enough about her support and excellent service! Thank you to entire staff to welcoming us into your practice and supporting our needs.THANK YOU

Very impressed. Efficient and gave me lots of information and answered all my questions. The lenses seem expensive, but that just be the way it is.

I can't speak for the service or staff, as my wife was the patient. But I can tell you to save a fortune and go to MyEyeDr instead. Now we know why our usual place was booked out for months, and this place got her right in for an exam. What a ripoff! I'm disgusted.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm. I got an email confirmation that said my appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 4:15pm. I also got a confirmation call a few days before the appointment and the woman also said 4:15 so I thought ok maybe I booked it for 4:15. I show up at 4:20 and was told unfortunately my appointment was at 4 and I couldn’t be seen. I told the front desk employee that I had an email and phone confirmation that said 4:15pm. Apparently the doctor was running behind schedule and I wasn’t going to be able to be seen. I had to get childcare in order for me to make this appointment and now have to find a new office and time to go since this place can’t figure a simple schedule conflict they created.

I had a great visit. The staff was very nice and pleasant. I was fit well for new contacts. They even fixed my broken eye piece on my glasses! Oculus Repairo!!!
