the lady in front is my despot and she yelled at me for asking a question she is very despotic and they laughed at me with the boy who was next to her the guard are very rude the doctors are very good and the best but the lady in front is very bad mood and despises

The team there has always been so responsive whenever my kids get sick and I need to know how to care for them. I have had some amazing doctors here.

A clean and fresh atmosphere. The front desk and nursing staff are always friendly, specifically Eva! She is easy going and nice. Dr. Patel is caring and knowledgeable, which are characteristics every provider should have. If I have any concerns, I trust that he will do what is necessary to help me.I have not had any bad experiences with appointment scheduling. I can usually make an appointment in a timely manner. The wait time has never been over 15 minutes in the office, if any at all. It’s also very convenient to have both a medical office and an urgent care in the same location. I’ve been with Family Medicine in Hillsborough for 3 years now and I have nothing bad to say.Thank you very much for all that you do Dr. Patel and staff!

Dr. Kelly Lacy Smith is AMAZING! I met her years ago when she cared for my father. She was amazing at being patient with him and truly understanding of his needs. She is now the PCP for my mother, myself and my daughter. Straight up, super intelligent and honest about the care you need. She is that one doctor that has made a difference in my life! So thankful to have her as my doctor!!! I'll stay at this clinic as long as she is here!

This medical facility is a joke..your body your choice does not apply at this facility.

Great patient care Professional Service

I called in on 7/20 and made an appointment for 7/21at 5:30pm to see a doctor that would (hopefully) have became my primary care physician. I took off early from work to go to this appointment. I get there and am told I have no appointment and my appointment was yesterday at 5:40pm. I was adamant that my set appointment was, today, 7/21 at 5:30pm. I was rudely told the doctor was not even in and was told I'd need to call back tomorrow to make another appointment. No offer of assistance in seeing another doctor or apology that there was a mixup. Needless to say I won't be returning.

The doctors office has horrible communication skills. They are absolutely pathetic when it comes to Doctor patient communication

My doctor used to be Doogie Howard - not kidding. But I guess he left and another doctor took over his patients. I actually like Dr. Kane. He's been my PCP for a couple years now. He always seems sincere and just wants to make sure I'm doing everything to maintain my health. Seems reasonable to me. That's worth the one star. Otherwise my rating would be zero stars. My big problem is the front desk staff and whoever answers the phone. Extremely rude and disrespectful every single time. I've included those comments in surveys I've received but apparently they're really secure in their hatefulness as they're still hateful. Today I called to ask a general question. I got the usual rude tone and when I decided that I think I'm done with putting up with this and asked to cancel the appointment, Morticia actually hung up on me. I called back and of course she answered again. When I mentioned she hung up on me, she argued and said 'No I didn't, You hung up'. I responded that I didn't hang up. She changed her story and basically admitted that she hung up on me because she thought I was done. What a joke. Unacceptable behavior followed by lies, followed by excuses. I would like to dismiss this unacceptable and rude customer service one more time, but I can't keep pretending that this is ok. It isn't ok. Patients have healthcare choices. Until someone changes the general atmosphere in this office, I'll be going elsewhere.

The doctors bedside manner is that of a child not understanding why questions are being asked and answering them with anger !I asking questions why they are putting me on medication I just wanted to know and it’s not my fault that they messed up on the prescription so bad and didn’t have any medicine that I had to take my dogs cancer medicine !!!! Yea you read that right !!!Top of that I asked for labs to get done and blood work he did not even order labs or bloodwork !!just told me to have a good day and left the door open as he walked out and washed his handsso that’s why I gave you one star you know who you are!
