Unc Health Care's Online Review Report Card

My wife and I are so thankful and fortunate to have had our 9 year old daughter taken care of at UNC children's hospital. We are thankful to all involved in her care, particularly the nurses and nurse assistants. While on vacation during Labor day weekend, our daughter fell awkwardly while playing outside and broke her femur. Our daughter is well and recovering now, and was cared for in a warm and compassionate way by nurses such as Kristen and Halle. Our daughter will never forget the care and attention she received

Dr. Lawrence in the pediatric department said that my Autistic 11-year-old, who was being treated for MIS-C and on the way to ICU, was knocked out like she was on a double shot of Henny and that he was breaking it down on a level I can understand. He was unprofessional, rude, and completely inappropriate.

This place is a joke. They will not even talk to me. My kid need meds and instead of talking to me when I have joint custody they are taking someone else's word and have never even contacted me. Just took me right of the papers. What a joke

Amazing children pediatrics & PICU unit. My 3 month old has been very calm with the amazing nurses that take care of here through these difficult timings.

These people are the best in the business. My grand baby had heart surgery and her team made her feel safe loved. They made us feel less anxious and answered all questions we had. My grand baby has been in and out of hospitals her whole 6 years and these people are number 1! Thank you guys for going the extra mile. We appreciated our so much.

I can’t thank Dr Phillips and his entire team enough for saving my little boys life! After months of begging multiple doctors to help my 5 month old, Dr Phillips and the entire pediatric team at UNC are the only ones who took us in, listened to our story and ultimately saved my sons life! My little boy had a failed myotomy from a previous surgeon in Greenville, which was done at 7 weeks old. 8 weeks until 18 weeks my little boy stayed very sick, unable to eat, continuously vomited with every feed, and ended up becoming failure to thrive. Weighing only 12 lbs at 5 months, I was desperate. Thankful is an understatement, I can never repay Dr Michael Phillips for helping my family, but I pray he knows how appreciated he is! We absolutely love UNC Hospital! Pyloric stenosis survivor!!

The dr is amazing but it’s front office stuff and people who answer the phone rude as heck!!! It’s not my fault they ain’t doing the job for call backs for 6 month check up so I call I get transferred 3 people it’s so annoying each time rude customer service!!! I will be talking with the dr during visit next week about this matter if I don’t see it fix I will be switching clinics!!!!’

A group of doctors from this hospital just released a dance video for 2921. We are in a pandemic and the idiots that released this video shows a bunch of fools, supposedly doctors, pull down their mask and sing face to face. What imbeciles think that doctors should be promoting unmasked, face to face screaming all over social media. It is time for some staff to be reduced

That so called dr Trau was the rudest, most unprofessional dr. I DO NOT recommend him to my worst enemy. He has absolutely NO bedside manner at all and was more worried about how my daughter wore her face mask rather than what was going on with her physically. He was VERY demanding. He also had the nerve to tell me that they’ve had children die in his office because people weren’t wearing a mask. I told him that was a load of hogwash and I don’t believe that for a second. I don’t recommend this jerk to anyone!!! This is the specialty service building on Blue Ridge Rd
