The team there has always been so responsive whenever my kids get sick and I need to know how to care for them. I have had some amazing doctors here.

A clean and fresh atmosphere. The front desk and nursing staff are always friendly, specifically Eva! She is easy going and nice. Dr. Patel is caring and knowledgeable, which are characteristics every provider should have. If I have any concerns, I trust that he will do what is necessary to help me.I have not had any bad experiences with appointment scheduling. I can usually make an appointment in a timely manner. The wait time has never been over 15 minutes in the office, if any at all. It’s also very convenient to have both a medical office and an urgent care in the same location. I’ve been with Family Medicine in Hillsborough for 3 years now and I have nothing bad to say.Thank you very much for all that you do Dr. Patel and staff!

Dr. Kelly Lacy Smith is AMAZING! I met her years ago when she cared for my father. She was amazing at being patient with him and truly understanding of his needs. She is now the PCP for my mother, myself and my daughter. Straight up, super intelligent and honest about the care you need. She is that one doctor that has made a difference in my life! So thankful to have her as my doctor!!! I'll stay at this clinic as long as she is here!

This is the best place to see a doctor in Orange County. I have been going to UNC Family Medicine for a couple of years now and every time I go, no matter who sees me, I have an amazing experience. Everyone is extremely nice, competent, and professional. I even had a doctor call me personally two days after my appointment to see how I was feeling!? No doctor has ever done that for me before! They offer in person, video, and phone appointments right now because of COVID. Easy to book appointments and a great place to get health care!

Dr. Koonce lives up to his great online reviews. A genuine doctor's visit instead of the 5 minute assembly line type of visit that is commonplace nowadays. Thorough with questions, listened, full 2-way conversation. Also, visit was very efficient...saw the doctor within 10 minutes of arrival.

My appointments are always on time, not like most offices where you spend almost an hour before you actually see your doctor. Staff is very friendly and helpful, best Primary Care I have ever had.
