Do Not Use this Agency UnlessYou don't care about the ABA therapy your child will receive. This company and its BCBA Natalie Knott surely think they are masters of manipulation they do not care to provide real ABA methods to kids, teens what have you, they only care about making money find a real company that is interested in applying clinically proven ABA approaches or get a private independent BCBA to work with your kid one on one to get the maximum results to help your child along the Journey of improving their lives and increasing their independence.

AVOID IT ---This is a very very strange little organization we have here - they DO Not have any accountability and will lie to save face. Upon getting a call back from a referral they have you texting all your personal information to a "secured" line and threaten you that you will loose your appointment if you dont.I had to send my social to verify TRICARE and anyone who knows TRICARE knows a DOD is sufficient form of verification. Aside from scheduling months out ( which unfortunately is par ) they require a virtual appointment to meet with the DR. they do not send out forms for you to complete - they would much rather bill insurance for two appointments rather than one.SO you will be expected to log on to a virtual meeting - not with the child of course.If you so much as miss this time by 11 min (in to your hour long appointment) due to technical difficulties they will not reach out, and they will not answer the calls for assistance they will simply move on and schedule you out another 3-4 months for an initial intake appointment. ( IF YOU ARE ABLE TO REACH THEM TO DO SO)in my opinion, it is virtual etiquette to reach out to the attendees to make sure that they are not having issues beyond their control.It has become very clear that they DO NOT have the best interest of the child in mind.Aside from the mentioned above -- the most concerning is the legitimacy of the organization, and it may in-Fact be real -- however their "secured lines" show up as Russia on my caller ID.JUST SKIP this place -- its weird, and extremely frustrating.

Luckily, I found a better place that returns calls within 3- 5 days, and that has afternoon schedules for school aged children.. He's starting 8-26.

I feel like some things were left out initially that would have made me make a different Choice had I known them moving forward I wouldn't recommend this place for ABA therapy for your child just because of the scheduling conflicts inconsistency and the run-around not to mention the time it took me just to get in to be seen and still one of my children has not been evaluated

They have a friendly and experienced staff and have been very helpful to me and my family. Dr. McQueen is great makes you feel like you got all the answers you where looking for and was able to help us get answers to questions that where unrelated to our sons case as well.
