Dr Ward put Humpty Dumpty back together again. I basically broke my wrist off of my arm and it was sketchy at best due to me also finding out that I had osteoporosis. My, what was predicted to be an hour surgery, turned into a few hours, and when Dr. Ward came out to speak with my mother, he literally said it was like putting Humpty Dumpty back together again. He didn’t know with my bone density, if the screws would even take in my wrist or if my bones would just disintegrate. I will tell you that this man is a miracle worker. I do have a plate and screws permanently in my arm but I have a tiny scar - even after 2 surgeries. He is not only a great surgeon, but a nice and fun human being with a great sense of humor,. I followed his advice and was able to do my own PT and although I will never be perfect, I am pretty darn close thanks to Dr Ward.!

Dr. Ward is one in a zillion! Hard to find a surgeon that is good at what he does AND have good bedside manners. He's caring, knowledgeable and takes all the time you need to answer questions. He is a gentle soul. And his nurse Kelly is the sweetest!

Went to Dr Ward for a second opinion before s surgery. I was so impressed with the entire office, but mostly Dr. Ward and he teaching fellow. They were kind and empathic, both spent a lot of time with me to assess the situation, asked questions, and listened. Based on my experience from yesterday, I have switched to using Dr. Ward.

My personal opinion involving DR. Alan Ward. From the first impression and continuing on, he has been very attentive, patient, and most important treats me like a person not a number, his work ethic is definitely a rare thing to encounter this day and age. I would personally recommended him to anyone.

During my recent visit, Dr. Ward and his team treated me with the highest level of care. His superior bedside manner is unmatched across the Queen City. He is compassionate and truly listened to my needs and far exceeded my expectations to help me heal quickly and for the long term. Dr. Ward is top-notch and I highly recommend him!
