I was/am truly disappointed with Dr. Boswell. I felt she was dismissive of my issues and dermatological needs. After explaining to her my concerns, she didn't address them all. Moreover, I had to ask her to take a look at an area on my back I had just explained to her was bothering me. It was a waste of my time and money to see this practitioner. I had to wait for weeks to even get an appointment, at the very least, she should have spent more than 5 minutes with me. The nurse spent more time with me than Dr. Boswell did. As I was getting dressed and prepared to leave, I contemplated on saying something to her but felt it would not be received.

Respectful but lacks adequate dedication to provide quality service. Initial appointment was less than 8 minutes. Dr. Boswell was aware of medical history prior to meeting. Dr. Boswell should consider screening calls prior to visit to provide better service.

Got an infection after getting some skin tags removed. Cost me another Dr visit and ruined a vacation to the beach because I couldn't go into either the ocean or pool with an open wound. I got zero care instructions from them after the procedure. I was bleeding in spots and they wouldn't even dress the wounds... they just gave me gauze and told me to dab it. Had they been more professional and took it a little more seriously maybe I would have done so as well and avoided infection.

Dr. Boswell is a smart, caring, Physician. Excellent bedside manner! I think with a few more years of experience she will definitely be alot better at diagnostics. I think her location limits her ability to see a more broad base of Patients that may present with the not so norm skin conditions, which inhibits her ability to gain knowledge in all skin types. Overall, I recommend her as a Dermatologist.
