Provider had me wait an hour after appointment time just vaguely look at my scalp and tell me that the condition why I was referred wasn't what I was going through and suggested other conditions, prescribed medications that did not improve my condition. And gave me a follow up appointment for 3 months. While I am still dealing with the condition and not getting any help, no microscope to look at scalp, no biopsy, just a look with her 2 eyes. Waited 6 months for this appointment for no help whatsoever. Extremely disappointed at the care that I got from this provider.
