List of Atrium Health Mercy's Reviews
I told my nurse there were air bubbles in my IV line she cleared it by pushing the air bubbles into my vein and got upset with me when I asked her why she would do that. That is dangerous and not how you clear an iv of air. Her name is Nadia.Later in the night after I had fallen asleep the nurses were playing with wheeled chairs and woke me up from it. They even pushed one into the wall next to my door and laughed hysterically about it. This is at 145am.I called the hospitals customer care they said someone would come to my room to talk to me about it. No one showed up for an hour called the hospital and spoke with the administration which told me they heard the nurses side of the story and that was all they had to say about it.Ive had bad hospital experiences but I would never have expected such childishness and rudeness from someone let alone nurses.Oh yea I had hip surgery the day before. Completely acceptable way to treat people who had invasive surgery apparently.
Good service
I had surgery at Mercy last week. I had the best experience from checking in all the nursing staff dr and anesthesiologist. They couldn’t have gone out of their way more to make me as comfortable as possible. Can’t remember everyone’s names but my nurses were Katherine Jon Artesia and Beverly 😁
The ER is very slow and they don’t attend to you when you are in very bad pain. Got there at 7pm didnt leave until 5am. The lady in room one ultrasound was very rude and didn’t even offer a towel for my girlfriend to wipe off after. Never coming back here.
I went to this hospital MERCYon the 9th of October 2019 because of wheezing due to Asthma and bronchitis I usually go to Presbyterian Hospital I thought they were better nope. They would give me a breathing treatment and send me home. Not Mercy they admitted me the same night because the wheezing would not stop They really cared about me They would not release me until I was better 😘 I feel alive in health and spirit because of the Staff at this hospital God I Thank you
Although my stay was only 1 night I was treated exceptionally well by all of the staff. The food staff went above and beyond to make sure I was fed exceptionally well even though it was after dinner hours when I got in my room. The room was great. Large and very clean. My nurses Brittnay and David were very helpful and took wonderful care of me. Thank you all for the GREAT care💖
I strongly agree with all of the 5 and stronglydisagree with all 1s. Totally unfair
Wait time to see a physician 5 hours and wait time in the ER to be treated 3 hours.I found this hospital unclean.
The worst communication and the worst care for my father. I will continue to investigate the care of my father. I would never recommend care for a loved one at this facility. Dr. Communication is the worst even begging for a phone call. My father has degenerated in this hospital. I have so much more to say. I believe my father will pass away in this hospital without any explanation. 6 days already? They will probably blame covid even though hes been vaccinated. More money for the hospital.
Had a security gard rip medical equipment drain line out of my shoulder and rip 3 Staples out of my incision. Needles to say Im suing them for everything thing they are worth and demand a public apologies on the new sending info to news crews in the morning. holdmedicalstaffaccountable

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
