Everyone was so compassionate and helpful. Doctors nurses. Transfer people cleaning crew everyone.My experience here was top notch. They were very thorough with finding out what was causing my medical problem. Made sure I knew what was happening and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t say enough good about this hospital.

I love everything about this hospital. Although they do need to clean more than usual but besides that everyone is so nice and they attend people with love and care and patience. Highly recommend

2 weeks after my acl repair they called to tell me one of my OR nurses had chicken pox. I ended up with staph in my knee joint as well which they tried to blame on me.

This hospital is the best Everyone treated me with respect Martin Melissa Maria Raines Julie I could go on. Everyone made sure I was ok. I had to get an emergency surgery this team worked fast to get my surgery done. I loved how they waited on me in the hallway ready to act quickly. I walked away feeling great Still have my life. Thank you They even checked up on you.

Unbelievably rude night staff I had hip surgery and the same night when Im resting the night staff is talking very loudly and laughing. I fell asleep for 20 minutes finally and woke up to them playing with wheeled chairs and one of them even hit my door with a chair which they then proceeded to laugh like it was the funniest thing that ever happened. I didnt sleep the ENTIRE night rest of the night after 1am because of them.Absolutely horrible experience.Edit in response to the response I DID call your customer care and complained THAT night. You talked to the nurses and told me they gave you a different story as if I just lied about them being extremely rude and obnoxious. Even when they were continuing to do it the administration refused to visit me in my room. They dont care about bad staff they just care about acting like it never happened.

I went in for outpatient surgery and the staff from the time I walked through the front door were awesome The surgery was about 2 hours late but you cant control the surgery before yours. My nurse Carol was great Dr. Lees whole team thank youWith everything they are going through with COVID I am sure they dont get enough appreciation.

Very rude Staff in Emergency Room. Never address my level of pain. Told me I was in very serious condition but than sent me home.

This Hospital is very nice. Doctor Nurses. Housekeeping and etc. are very nice to me. I was in the hospital on July 21 2021 for Major Open Heart Surgery. I was waiting for my Surgery day July 28 2021 one week. I been in the Surgery for 12 hours until July 30 2021 after 3pm. I wanted to say Thank you to Dr. Maxey and all Nurses who saved my life. But This is very serious about COVID19 or something like Heart problem YOU MUST NEED GO TO THE HOSPITAL And My surgery is 6 hours each value I had replacement 2 Value. I been in Open Heart Surgery 5 times now.

Worst hospital ever.. This morning I went to see my Mom 83 in intensive care my brother was up with her but not in the room they said he would have to come down before I could go up. The couple in line in front of me African American got to go up at the same time why? They also had another family member in line behind me that tried to get in front of me.
