I had an appointment...got a call saying that it was canceled so she gave me new appointment with a different doctor only to find that it was no longer available..the lady on the phone was rude and even went as far as hanging up on me without warning. I wont be going back..

Atrium Health Biddle Point is the place to go for your cares. My doctor Heather Burney always listen to what I have to says and she give me what information that is best for me to do concerning my health.

Do not entrust your medical needs with anyone in this facility. I have been a patient there for under a year and I regret my decision on making this my primary care facility They dont care about your pain or your medical needs.

Picking up a prescription for someone else when I have picked up a script for either me or my children its generally a quick in and out. Not at this place they attepted to double bill... and give me someone else medication not once but twice in the same visit Im sure the tech would have been able to focus more had she not been eating while working. Its a complete and utter mess. I know it used to be run better when my motherinlaw worked here but I would definitely not use their pharmacy. There are programs straight from the manufacturer to get your scripts for free or at the same price that this place is offering in a more professional setting.

The receptionist are always walking around talking about people instead of checking people in they’re rude just a lot with this place
