0 STARSI wish my update review was better than the last but no. I completely ran out of my anti rejection medication because of this pharmacy. Order medication a week ago to be delivered. Nothing. And yes I left a message. Monday I call no one knows what Im talking about. Was told to call my doc to asap order. Okay did that. Go to PICK UP order still not ready.

For months they continue to reroute my prescription to the new location off of Kenilworth when my doctor specifically sends it to the Blythe Blvd location. This was suppose to have been resolved but it was not. They do not take responsibility for their inability to conduct business in an honest manner with effective communication. My doctor has their correct address on file and has confirmed that on more than one occasion. Recently a prescription of mine was filled yet it sat there for three days and no one bothered to call me. I had to call on my only day off to learn that they no longer had my number on file. When I complained of poor service they talked over me got rude and spoke with prejudiced in their remarks as they pointed the finger at both me and my doctor for creating a poor experience. Take your money elsewhere

Use to be a great pharmacy . Now they lack communication and they are rude . My daughter heart meds werent filled when I put a request for it and had to wait an hour for them to make it and they didnt even call when it was ready and when I asked why they say idk and look at me like I was stupid.

I use to have some difficultyconfusion with my insurance and getting some of my meds on time from the pharmacy but there are a few special people working there. One of them for sure is Courtney. She is a very polite professional and hard worker for the pharmacy. She Always greets me with a smile organizes my med orders and handles any issue that I may have. I truly appreciate her hard work.
