Barbara Kaiser's Online Review Report Card

Under Dr. Barbara Kaiser's care, I was able to successfully address a chronic case of plantar fasciitis. For more than a year, I had tried icing, stretching, anti-inflammatories, foot supporters ... and nothing worked. Dr. Kaiser ordered laser therapy in addition to what I was already doing. It helped alleviate the pain. There are a number of other noninvasive procedures she could have prescribed if the laser therapy didn't work. And that's great to know if I have a flare up again. I highly recommend Dr. Kaiser.

Dr Kaiser is both knowledgeable and puts people at ease. My foot issues were addressed quickly and I am back to walking several miles comfortably. Thank you!!!

Informative and helpful

I was referred to Dr. Barbara Kaiser by my primary physician for a toenail problem. Dr. Kaiser recommended removing the toenail. I was reluctant at first, but she was attentive to my concerns and so patiently answered my questions that I scheduled the process. Dr. Kaiser explained everything during the procedure and it made me comfortable enough to actually watch! Now just a few weeks later, great results! Also, the office staff was friendly and I was seen on time. I would recommend Dr. Kaiser to anyone needing podiatry care.

Dr Kaiser helped me prepare for walking the El Camino in Spain by recommending the correct footwear, socks and equipment needed to keep my feet blister free for 115 kilometers.

This practice had been highly recommended by a friend. I was nervous about the appointment, having had the same procedure in an urgent care previously. The Dr and her staff allayed my fear and very painlessly took care of me.

This rating is for the admin staff at Carmel Foot Specialists. They need to substantially improve their scheduling process since I showed up for 3 visits and was unable to see the doctor due to their errors. Once they scheduled me for an appointment when the doctor typically doesn’t work. I showed up on time but since the doctor wasn’t there I had to leave as no other doctor was available to see me. Another case happened when I showed up today for an appointment and was told I needed a touch-up laser treatment which wasn’t the case. I indicated I was there to see the doctor for the last time related to my treatment. However, I was told that due to their error scheduling me for a touch-up laser treatment, the doctor was not available until 1-1/2 hrs later in the morning. I told them this was the 3rd time my appointments had been incorrectly scheduled and to cancel my appointment and I that I was not returning. Will not return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaiser for over twenty years. She explains your diagnosis and treatment options in very clear terms. She has always listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all questions. She seems genuine in getting to know her patients and her staff has always been friendly and courteous. The office can be a little difficult to locate the first time but well worth the effort.

Dr. Kaiser is always pleasant and friendly. She gets to know her patients on a personal level, too. She listens to my foot issues and takes care of the problem in the best possible way because she always knows what to do. Her directions are always clear and concise as well. Not only is she calm and confident, but Dr. Kaiser always displays a high level of professionalism. I would readily recommend her as a podiatrist!
