Could not have asked for a more knowledgeable team! Having a child with a fractured femur is a scary moment for any parent. Initial consultation and conversations put me and my wife’s minds at ease even in the tense moment. Please do your family/child a favor and have absolutely no hesitation in Dr. Brighton and his awesome staff!!! 5 weeks after our first meeting with Dr. Brighton and my little buddy is off and running again, just as he said he would. One ecstatic dad over here. Thank you guys again!

My son is very medically complex, and also has cerebral palsy. He had a 97° curve in his back (along with tons of GI/esophageal issues). We dreaded having rods put in his back for years. We had been going to Shriners but given his other issues they weren't comfortable doing it there. I met with SEVERAL Dr's in the process of trying to find the right fit. Dr. Brighton was amazing! Not only with the work he did, but his rapport with my son impressed me. He ended up doing HaloTraction for 6 weeks and then doing the rods, and my baby walked out a week later. He isn't a baby, he turned 13 right before he got his "new back". I would recommend Dr. Brighton to anyone

Dr Brighton is wonderful. My son fractured his arm on a Saturday afternoon. Brighton was on call at Levine and came in on Saturday night to perform his surgery and got us home that same night.

Got us in quickly after my daughter had a sports injury. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr.Brighton was friendly, thorough and spoke directly to my daughter to make sure she understood the injury and treatment/recovery. As always, Orthocarolina and its physicians continue to provide exemplary service!
