Professionalism & attentiveness at its finest. The staff is great & Dr.White truly cares about his patients.

I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Brian White made me feel like he cared and wanted to help but to my surprise he filled my chart with lies. I suffer from a condition called IIH that is chronic and lifelong. Dr. White charted that I do not have active or uncontrolled IIH which is far from the truth. He also negated all my symptoms besides a headache and told me to seek further care with my primary doctor. When I asked that Dr. White amend my chart he responded by sending me a nasty email on the patient portal and continued to downplay my symptoms. I requested a phone call with Dr. White to better clarify my concerns. Dr. White called me from his office later that day and became irate and began yelling when I explained to him why I felt his documentation was incorrect. His aggressive and belligerent behavior over the phone left me in tears. I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Whites lack of respect and professionalism. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Brian White for any of your neuro ophthalmic needs.

CEENTA provides a thoroughly professional experience. This was not my first visit at CEENTA but it was my first visit with Dr Brian White. He listened to my concerns and addressed each of them, putting me at ease about each of them. The eye exam is a lengthy multi-part visit every year bit I had no semse that anything took an overly long time with short waits in between. I appreciated the attention I received and felt jt addressed my individual needs.

Dr White was excellent! Extremely thorough and had done his homework on my recent history. Took the time to explain the day's findings and concerns and refer me appropriately for follow up. Showed concern for my condition throughout visit. If you need a neurological opthalmalogist I recommend him highly.

Dr White took the time to listen to what I had to say. He was very thorough and helpful.

I took my dad to check his vision issues. Dr. white gave us a great experience, made us calm not stress and worry about it. And yes, my dad vision gets better, he doesn’t need his cane to walk anymore. Dr. White very professional, very thorough, and very patient as well. He explained to us everything so make us understand what is going on. Not only that Dr. White himself even does the follow up call, which is you can’t find it often anymore nowadays. We are very fortunate that Dr. White able to help my dad vision issues in a timely manner. Thank you doctor.

He is a awesome doctor ! He open his arms to me and my family ! And he was very understanding and so much more when it came to my son health !
