Let me start by saying that all this facility cares about is money. There were three different occasions where my son couldn’t make his sessions. The first he threw up going out he door going to therapy. As a responsible parent I did not want to send him for fear that he would get others sick. The second time was the following week when he got sick there on one of their swings and he got sent home. The third time was we were going on a family vacation and he wasn’t there for three days which the facility knew about. I got a nasty email from the person in charge of the therapists. I would never recommend them for their money hungry ways and unprofessionalism. I can’t speak to the therapist as they would not let either my husband and I back to watch. They kept saying they would hook up a camera so we could peer in. Well that never happened. I am wondering what they are doing with my kid behind closed doors. I will say this was in 2017 and maybe hopefully things have changed but buyer beware.

My first impression walking in was that there was a very strong smell of someones lunch in the microwave. Not good for people with sensory issues.My second impression was that they lost my registration packet my sons therapist I filled out.My third impression is that they require the parents of children with Medicaid to give them a credit card number to keep on file. Everything should be covered. Very sketchy unethical. I have a list 2 pages long now of ABA providers that do not want my credit card number and have spoken to several that understand that Medicaid covers most everything and if you request a service that isnt covered such as observation at school etc they should be very forthright in disclosing the price of the service and not charge you until it has been agreed upon.They dont answer phone calls calls are screened by voicemail.They continued to send me emails asking where my registration packet was after I gave it to them personally.I do not feel good about this place and would not recommend it.
