Was a patient here in 2020 and 2021. I started having worsening back and hip pain with tingling in my toes this year and wanted to follow up with Dr Vemuri. I called to have my symptoms triaged and to see if I could make an appointment and I received a call back from the financial office. I apparently had a balance on my account for $200 from 2021 and was told I could not be seen until the balance was paid in full. I wasn’t given the option to make payment plans or anything. The sad part is that I’m a nurse and I injured my back originally helping others and now I can’t even get the medical care I need over a $200 balance when I’ve already spent thousands there. I understand they want their money, but they could’ve at least given me a payment plan option. I’m in healthcare and can’t get healthcare.

I highly recommend Dr Ziewacz he is very professional and performed a spinal fusion for me I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Dr Ziewacz and his assistants for a wonderful experience

Dr. Smith operated on my wife five years ago with great success. I have been fortunate to get to know Dr. Smith as he has consulted me over the past four years. I know he can help me with my nerve issues. He is smart and very accomplished.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ziewacz. I'm from out of state and just being able to meet with him, even though I'm going back to NY for my upcoming surgery showed me just how much he cares for people. He explained in detail what to expect for the surgery and i'm able to get bilateral injections to alleviate pain from my spine till i'm able to return to NY. I'm very grateful!!

Had four(4) successful spine surgeries from Dr. John Ziewacz and I must convey he positively is the best! My assessment rings true, whereas; I have experienced fourteen(14) spinal surgeries in a 47 year span. I have been truly blessed with his gifted skills!

I had a great visit at Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine. All staff the were friendly, efficient and I had no wait time. Dr. Welshofer is awesome. I especially loved how Dr. Welshofer really took his time to explain my condition with me. His demeanor really put me at ease. I highly recommend
