I was impressed that the kindness and consideration with which they treat their patients they also exhibit when dealing with one another. The excellence of their service and professionalism with which they treat patients and other staff members is always apparent.

Carolina Skin Surgery Center was a pleasure to work with from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant and kind. My husband had Mohs Surgery back in April. It was a scary surgery for both of us, but what made it easier was that everything was explained to us prior to the procedure and then step by step throughout the procedure. I wish I could remember the kind girls name that took care of us, but regardless how many times my husband and I ask the same question, she was so kind to answer without getting frustrated with us for repeating ourselves. She took her time explaining everything to us until will we had a clear understanding. Dr. Carruth was also excellent. His patience, knowledge and expertise was so appreciated especially because my husbands cancer was on his face. Today, you would never even know my husband had anything done. The expertise of the incision and then suturing was PERFECT! Thank you to Dr. Carruth and staff for making a scary situation the best it could be!

My husband and I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have a skin tag removed from his back. We were quickly scheduled an appointment the next day! They were happy to accept him as a new patient, even though we would be paying out of pocket. They were super helpful, letting us know ahead of time how much the procedure would cost, and any other considerations we needed to think about. We were in and out (with his skin tag removed) in under 30 minutes! It was a complete breeze! The receptionist was very friendly, and the nurse put my husband (who was a bit nervous) right at ease! The waiting room and bathroom were both very clean and tidy, and the examination room was clean and spacious. Overall, it was an excellent experience that left me and my husband wondering why we had waited so long! We will definitely be going back for any and all skin care needs!

My Wife and I are very pleased with them because they are very friendly from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. We had been going to a different group and I had to go for a follow up on some skin cancer that I had removed and I mentioned that I had another place for him to just look at real quick and he said that I would need to make an appointment and come back. I decided that I probably should find somebody else that really cared about their patient . If he would have looked at it and then said that since I was there for a follow up appointment and there was no charge for it and if he needed to do anything to the place I was wanting to be looked at it would have been better to me because he had said that the place he biopsied probably wasn't anything and he was 98% sure that it wasn't and less than a week later I got a call that it was cancer on the first place so that should have been a sign but I am VERY PLEASED with the Doctor and the entire staff at this office

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Carruth is and everyone that works in his office. I was very worried to have the Mohl procedure done but was put at ease in their very capable hands. He was able to remove the cancer on the 1st time and gave me 3 options. Taking his advice I'm overjoyed with the results.

I had a great experience in surgery with Dir Carruth it did. Of hurt and the stitches and care was great !
