The billing department is terrible...you provide the insurance info and then they don't bill insurance but send a bill without submitting or if they submit to insurance and are paid the the small copay isn't sent until requested and then you get a final notice bill and threat to collections...I an so disgusted with the poorly run billing department...seems requirement to work.in billing is degree in stupidity

Rushed through our entire appointment in like 5 mins cause the Radiologist had to rush out to pick up her kids at daycare. Don’t recommend at all.

They deserve 0 stars. To start off they never called me to schedule an appointment, I just received a notification with date and time of the imaging service without even confirming with me. I called this location as I had a couple questions regarding my upcoming imaging appointment, but I just ended up being transferred between billing and scheduling departments, with no answer. Eventualy one rude billing rep (before hanging up on me) told me they are not allowed disclose billing information (really???) So I decided to cancel my appoitment as I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. *Also beware, last year I had imaging at this location and months later they billed me separately for the contrast dye and physician service! Avoid this place. They are rude and sketchy. They don't disclose simple billing information and they seem to use multiple billing codes for one service!

I had an Apt at 8pm just to be rushed while taking my piercings out one was stuck. Asked the lady for help didn't get it. Asked for another clamp didn't get it. I was trying my best and being rushed at the same time. Just because they wanted to go home Why schedule someone at that time and also not tell them to have piercings removed. Communication sucks big time not going here again ever.

MRI today fantastic service.Reception staff very friendly and helpful.Radiologist Love both professional and supportive.

Terrible Service. My father had a long awaited MRI appointment booked only to find out on the day of, that they did not have the equipment at the Ballantyne office. We had to reschedule for another month out at their Southpark office.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. So much unprofessional behavior (except for my tech from Russia, she was awesome). I work in healthcare and thankfully can advocate for myself but this location tried to add on costly treatment that was NOT authorized and did not notify my doctor. I'm disgusted and truly feel they were dishonest and made a money grab attempt. I will avoid this practice from here on.

Even with insurance, still had a high bill that was required to be paid upfront. No flexibility or concern for a patient's well being. My cancer could be back but I have no idea because I can't afford the scan. Sad.

I was scheduled for Ultrasound at Ballantyne office.As soon as I walked into the facility I was greeted by Victoria at the front desk. Her smile was so warming.She made the registration process so easy and quick.Ultrasound tech Inna explained me everything and answered all my questions very patiently.She was very knowledgeable and helpful.Thank you for your service CIS!Definitely will recommend CIS to everyone .

Receptionists are typically rude over the phone.
