Dr. Cuite was great at my first 2 visits, but when it came time to discuss insurance options for coverage she became rude, and stated “I’m not going down this rabbit hole,” and walked straight out of the room. She was horrible; condescending, dismissive, cruel, and downright verbally abusive. She insulted my intelligence and ignored my questions. Dr.cutie is great, it’s her staff. She did surgery on me in Dec, last seen her in February and she told me if I have any problems to contact her to come back in. Well I’m having problems with my eye and just left my eye doctor who told me also to follow up with Dr.Cuite and her staff is telling me they can’t make me an appointment cause she is an eye surgeon. Duh she did my surgery, then I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they can’t put one on the phone and wouldn’t give me their name so I can file a complaint.

I drove from Western North Carolina to have an enucleation consult with Dr. Cuite following a one year post eye injury and vision loss. Upon her honest and compassionate evaluation, it was decided that more conservative measures to manage my concerns may be the best option at this time. I am very appreciative and grateful to Dr. Cuite for providing me with a plan to go forth. I highly recommend her and the amazing staff.

Dr. Cuite is the only, and I mean ONLY good thing about CEENTA. After Dr. Jaben allowed me to use eyedrops for 3 days that caused my eye to swell shut and become so crusted over during the night that I couldn't even open it, Dr. Cuite fixed me up. CEENTA is the worst group of doctors I have ever dealt with, but at least Dr. Cuite's office returned my call and had me come in immediately when given the circumstances of my problem. As it turned out, I was allergic to the drops prescribed to me. Not that it was Dr. Jaben's fault, but he did nothing about it, and when I told him at my follow up visit, he got rude and snarky. Dr, Cuite was sweet, knowledgeable, and best of all, kind and caring, and gave me some drops that didn't hurt my eye any further. She knew immediately upon examining my eye what the problem was. I knew right away I could trust her, which is very important to me, especially with my eyes. She is a light-hearted spirit and I would go to her for my eye issues if she weren't with such a lousy, mercenary, and inefficient group, who will report you to the credit bureau because their billing department doesn't do their job right. I'd like to give every other doctor at CEENTA that I have dealt with a poor review, but I'd never have the time to explain all the issues I've had with them. However, Dr. Cuite deserves the best review possible. A shining example of what a doctor should be in every sense.

I have very rare difficult eye condition. Dr. Cutie was very attentive. Even though she was unable to “solve” my problems she gave me more time/understanding than most others. I would recommend her for her patients.

Dr Cuite made me feel like someone genuinely cared about my husband's issue. She consulted a colleague to confirm her suspicion. Tests were ordered. She spoke in words non-medical people can understand. I am confident that she's the right doctor in this situation.

Great front staff...Friendly, professional and clean! GREAT and knowledgeable assistant, MELISSA! Dr. Cuite is superb on all levels! The best medical visit ever! I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. She explained her diagnosis and future procedure using terms that I understood as a patient. She is smart, funny and cute! Totally trust her!

I felt I was rushed through the procedure also found her to be rude and contradictive when I tried to explain some symptoms I was having felt like she didn't believe or could care less about what I was saying! Then by the time we got to the car I had blood coming out of the eye bandage that was just put on! She won't be seeing me again!

Dr. Cuite is very professional but at the same time having a way that makes you feel very comfortable. She's full of life and enjoy her sense of humor. My husband had an eye procedure done by Dr. Cute and everything went well. I saw her today and she's going to help me with my eye issues. I highly recommend Dr. Cuite

Dr. Cuite was very professional but had a way of making me feel at ease. I liked her sense of humor. I'm glad I had her do this procedure and if the need arises I'll be back.
