This facility will not tell you about the numerous bad experiences that people have had with their treatments. They will over promise what they can deliver, and the psychiatrist they have running evaluations has no idea what he is doing. He takes people off medication with no concern about side effects, and then lashes out when the patient expresses concern. Clearly could not get a job anywhere else and now spends his time selling a scam. They will upsell you and tell you that you need 20 sessions, with each session costing $450. They will lie and tell you this is necessary, when any legit doctor will tell you this is crazy.

My experiences with the doctors and staff at COPE in Charlotte have been excellent. Everyone has been kind, caring and professional. I have never felt judged. My questions and concerns have always been addressed with thoughtful answers and compassion. The decision to undergo ketamine treatments was scary for me but my results have been life-changing and the doctors and staff at COPE in Charlotte made it less scary and quite comfortable for me. I am so grateful for Dr. Abraham, his assistant Kushal, Dr. M, Dr. Jacob and the rest of the staff.

All of the doctors and support staff at COPE in Charlotte are excellent. You are always made to feel welcome and safe. While of course every patient is different, the ketamine treatments can be miraculous.

Treatment here is first class, the staff are wonderful. I have been given such great care. The ketamine treatment for depression and chronic pain has been more help than one of my back surgeries. Another side effect was such a great reduction in migraine headaches after the first treatment I was headache free for over a month.
