Don’t recommend what so ever. Getting an appointment is an absolute nightmare, & take forever getting back to you regarding anything. Also took them 2 months to get me a psychiatrist referral. That I had to constantly follow up on.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! i been signed the application with this clinic 2 weeks ago including all my information in the email. Never got a call back. Also the lady who answers the phone is quite rude! Then when i call, they take forever to answer the phone & when they finally did after waiting for almost 10 mins, all i get is “you have to wait a month until we call to schedule an appointment.” i’m most definitely not from here & i know for a fact it should not ever take that long to schedule an appointment. this is really sad! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. please don’t even waste y’all time like i did👎🏽 unless you want to be frustrated like me. please go to another clinic that have people who actually wants to help you & have great customer service & quick as possible.

Wouldn't even accept my application. Kept telling me the WRONG thing and then denied my application because I did what they said and not what I actually needed to do. And they blamed ME for doing the wrong thing.

Muy mala atención, las que atienden son mujeres muy groseras y sin educación, un poco más y te reciben con un garrote, ponen hablar hispanas con complejo de gringos, español todo mal hablado, se les habla en español y te responden en español todo cruzado con ingles, no saben lo que es la cordialidad, en pleno siglo 21 y no pueden agarrar un diccionario y ver su significado, pésima atención, una vergüenza como personas, pónganse a estudiar educación y cordialidad, cambien ese complejo que llevan dentro !!!

They are AMAZING here and have been SO attentive to my needs. I have been going there for 3 years now. I have had problems with insurance and this place has been a literal lifesaver

That Sup "Sumary Maldonaldo" should Not be serving the public..poor customer service no compassion & bad attitude. I used fax# to send pay stubs but they said did not recv.I went to bring info in person..she was sooo rude. Staff is incompetent make you jump thru hoops for health care. My fees went frm $15 copay to $55? Seemingly after I had 2 ER visits during Jan-Mar flu season. Go figure!
