Very polite and attentive staff. Have been coming here for years and the service has always been good, but today was exceptional. I am a RN and truly appreciate being treated as a patient with great care.

The doctors and nurses here are great. Don’t hesitate if they want to do a biopsy. They will ask you to pay a certain amount up front because they do not check with your insurance first. Call your insurance and see how much it will be. I almost did not get my biopsy done because I’m young and it probably wasn’t cancer and they told me I had to pay $1200 for it. My insurance ended up paying for it and I had to wait for a refund. Sadly, it ended up being cancer.

. Had the best most comfortable diagnostic mammogram ever. My lady made everything so relaxed and reassured every step of the way. Explained everything to a tee. Couldn't have been treated any better

I had a wonderful experience today. From the very beginning of my arrival at check in to the procedure to the prompt results, I was provided excellent service. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I felt very well prepared for the procedure. And my results were provided before o even left the parking lot.

I took my 92 year old mom in for a mammogram and everyone was very caring and kind. It you want top notch care with a dose of loving kindness you will not be disappointed.

From the phone call to make my appointment, to the very personable person at check-in, to my excellent mammographer, everyone was so pleasant, professional and helpful.The clinic was spotless and all CV-19 regulations we’re followed and then some!!Thank you Charlotte Radiology!!😊
