Such a perfect appointment if you have to have a mammogram:-) From making the appointment to checkin and then having a technician that was fast and efficient and explained every step. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Love the SouthPark location!

Charlotte Radiology at South Park is the place to go for mammograms. The physical surrounding is resort like and my tech was a 10+. NoWaiting and I was in and out in 15 min.

From scheduling to check out, my experience was pleasant, which says a lot if you know how uncomfortable mammograms can be. However, from the front desk to the nurse who assisted me, all were very professional and made every attempt to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

I choose to drive from out of town to have my mammogram at your Southpark Location.Friendly and responsive staff, beautiful facility ,Highly trained technicians, and covid safety measures are the highest of standards.

My negative review is based solely on Charlotte Radiology's billing department. I was issued an invoice for a portion of payment not covered by my insurance in January last year. However, I found out about it only by viewing my credit report TODAY. I never received Charlotte Radiology's invoice through the mail. I was never called or notified through your patient portal. I had other procedures performed in your office several times since the past due amount was issued and it was never mentioned! Charlotte Radiology turned it over to a collections agency and my credit score was affected negatively because of this. No attempt was made by Charlotte Radiology to rectify the situation before sending to an agency. Very unprofessional and unethical. I will never recommend this office!
