Edit to add: This place has called me SEVERAL TIMES about this review. I am allowed to say a surprise bill for labs I didn't want and did not see an estimate for is a bad experience. I should not be harassed. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY MEDICAL DERMATOLOGY SERVICES. Maybe their cosmetic business is fine, don't know/don't care, but getting a cyst removed at this location cost me $235 as they sent my lab to an out-of-network pathologist WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE.

Everyone at Charlotte Skin and Laser are professional and engaging. I developed keloids after a surgical procedure that took place several years ago. The keloids started out small but over the years they grew larger, bringing with them a stinging and itching that other keloid bearers will be able to relate to. After moving to Charlotte and reading client reviews, I started injectio treatments at CS&L. I have seen my keloids reduce exponentially and along with the stinging and itching. I highly recommend the staff at CS&L.

Everyone in this office is amazing, whether you are coming in for dermatology or laser/skin treatment. You will feel welcomed and be greeted with a genuine smile. I see Sofia for laser hair removal for my underarms and the process has been amazing. She is super knowledgeable and super sweet and caring.
