I have been going to Dr Robertson since 2012. She is very caring and listens and takes her time with you
The check-in process was a breeze using the on-line "precheck-in" option offered. Additionally, the front desk staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant making for a very relaxing environment. Once taken back to the examining room, the nurse was so nice, personable, friendly and efficient in the performance of updating current health charts and the performance of obtaining vitals. The best is always near the end when you see the doctor: Dr. Robertson is the epitome of what a doctor should be. She is "ALWAYS" cordial, friendly, pleasant, kind, caring, excellent conversationalist and a brilliant doctor who always knows your status, medications you are taking and readily offers her opinion of where you are in your treatment and whether other options are appropriate. I have FULL confidence in Dr. Robertson and I have done exceedingly well since becoming one of her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Robertson!!!
Avoid this doctor's office. They postponed and rescheduled my wife repeatedly when the scheduling conflicts and errors were theirs.
I could not use my hands... horrible... could not do my job. She talked with me for over 45 min. Realized I had food poisoning several months earlier and pinpointed my virus giving me arthritis symptoms. Two previous Drs. were clueless. So kind and caring This was in 1996 and I will never forget her!
Dr. Robertson is caring and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend her enough!
I loved her! Listens, not rushed, very thorough and caring.
D Robertson has been my rheumatologist for over 20 years. She is a great doctor, teacher & is kind as well.
Sorry but my review is based on the fact that I could not get an appointment with Dr. Robertson or anyone else on their staff. I was told they only see patients on referrals and then only after a strict review. I have been an AS patient for over 33 years and after my first arthritis doctor died 20+ years ago, I have managed with the help of my primary care doctor. As my age has progressed, it seems symptoms are also progressing and I just wanted some professional assistance. I pay a premium for insurance coverage to be able to go and see a specialty doctor when I choose, sorry but i will be looking for someone else whose practice may be there for the correct reasons.
