Was scheduled for minor surgical procedure. A little while after my scheduled time, the Manager told me that Dr. Snyder could not do my procedure due to his recent eye surgery. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF I HAD BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS PRIOR TO COMING TO THE OFFICE. Since I was there, I asked if he could look at a place above my right ear for which I had some question. This was accommodated after he finished with his current patient.

I was taken to the exam room at the exact time of my appointment. After the Medical Assistant asked me some questions, Dr Snyder came in to see me almost immediately. I was treated in a friendly and cordial manner and my concerns were addressed. The exam, one biopsy, and one freezing later I was on my way to checkout. This was my idea of how all medical appointments should be handled.

Dr.Snyder is excellent. Full trust is placed in his abilities and professionalism. He listens to patients and takes his time with them while getting right to diagnosing what is going on and prescribing treatment options and paths for given issues.
