I had a 3-month follow up appointment for a surgical procedure. I am incredibly happy with the results - I look better than I did 30 years ago. Dr. Bryan Criswell is more than a talented surgeon - he works miracles!

I had a great initial appointment experience. My only observation of an opportunity for improvement is to not ask multiple times whether or not a client wants to schedule after giving them the price of the service. It gives the impression that you don’t believe they understand what you’re stating and asking. I understood the first time that I would need to pay in full for the service to schedule the appointment. However, I was asked two subsequent times if I wanted to schedule today. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Instantly felt comfortable. Felt well informed about the procedure I was considering and am now going to have. Dr. Kara is very thorough and the video visit and required paperwork and photos before the office visit made me feel like they are well prepared. Office staff could not have been nicer.
